How to use Incentives Checker
Using Incentives Checker requires a Cityscape Pro or Cityscape Real Estate Pro membership, or a one-time purchase of a Property Report or Place Report.
(a) By address
Look up an address to get its Property Report, and then scroll down and click the "Load Incentives Checker" button.
(b) By Place
Look up a one of our over 52899 Places to get its Place Report, and then scroll down and click the "Load Incentives Checker" button. You can also draw your own Personal Place.
