This is something we’ve wanted for a long time and I think our members will appreciate it: Team Management. Many of our members have multiple seats on their subscription, which simplifies payment as well as facilitates sharing of notes and Personal Places amongst colleagues (learn more about features for teams). The problem has been when staff change; it would take days for accounts to be cycled off of the subscription and new staff added on to the subscription and onboarded.
This is a big change. Previously, whenever you needed to add or remove someone from your team, you had to reach out to me directly. Those days are over. You now have full control to manage your team roster on your own.
Access Team Management now. We are still in the process of migrating teams to the new system, so if you don’t see yours please contact us.

Growing your team? You can now add more seats to your subscription directly from your account dashboard. No waiting, no back-and-forth emails — just a few clicks and your new team members are ready to go. This happens through the Billing Portal. And before committing to purchase, you’ll see the prorated amount.
We want to make sure you and your team are getting the most out of Chicago Cityscape, especially amidst our constant stream of feature improvements. That’s why all members can request training sessions once a year, and we encourage you to take advantage of annual re-training to stay up to date on new features and data. Reach out via our contact form and we’ll send you a direct booking link.
We also like to use this time to learn what projects you’re working on and discuss possible platform changes that would help you.
These changes are about respecting your time and making Chicago Cityscape work better for how you actually operate. You shouldn’t have to wait on me for routine account management.
