I think there’s enough data in the raw form (that you can download from the ARO dashboard) to construct an answer for #1 to show which developments are building units on-site, off-site, paying the in lieu fee, or a combination of those three options.
Re: #2, the Housing department is working on publishing data to show where units supported by the Affordable Housing Opportunity Trust Fund and the Low Income Housing Trust Fund area.
