Property sales — 2024 Q1 update

Chicago Cityscape has updated Property Sales Browser to include the 24,451 property sales in Cook County in 2024 Q1. This is a reduction compared to 2023 Q4 and compared to the same quarter last year.

New for this update

We now have “personal property” information for property sales (starting in 2024), a feature requested by our members who are appraisers who need to separate out that information from the sale price.

You can also filter for sales that do or don’t have personal property attached. (See screenshot above.)
